I found myself a 1080p copy. I’m on the 2nd episode, Day of Days, where the army finally makes their jump into Normandy.
Almost 20 years later and I fucking love this miniseries.

I do like this series. I think it’s on amazon so I could watch it there, If I had the time. Working six days a week now, so not real likely.

I read both D-Day and Citizen Soldiers , both fantastic books. I got bogged down reading Band of Brothers , and never finished it. And have only seen bits of the series. If you’ve not read the first books, I recommend them highly.

I’m not sure I’ve seen every episode. Right now, we’re working our way through the Mandalorian.

Loved this miniseries - IIRC, it used to be a marathon on regular tv on veterans day or memorial day.

Such a great series! I recently binged this, The Pacific and Generation Kill after not watching them since they came out.
